At Telekom Healthcare we work on a Hospital Information System called iMedOne. Our HIS is well established in hospitals in the competitive German healthcare market. It is a fully integrated HIS, offering all administrative, clinical as well as billing workflows.
I have been working with the iMedOne® team for 14 years now! I started my career as a developer…and I got the opportunity to grow over the years as a senior developer, project manager, delivery manager and finally now the ‘Managing Director’ and Country Head! There are opportunities galore for the hardworking to grow in this organization.
We are a group of committed, dynamic, hardworking people, who excel in working in an agile environment. One of the most satisfying experience is to delight our customers with every delivery and our numerous success stories are the result of exemplary team work.

I joined this organisation 16 years back as as a junior developer. I have seen iMedOne® developed in Gupta SQL(16bit) then Centura and now .Net 4.0. I have almost worked on all the modules of iMedOne® handling various roles like developer, analyst, team lead, project manager, delivery manager and Director.
It has been a long journey with iMedOne® and we have matured enough when it comes to quality, our ways of demonstration and also on our ways of working on deliveries.
Working with complete ownership and dedication is most important. Technology keeps changing; however human needs remain more or less the same, so where ever you go the type of work remains unchanged. What makes it enjoyable is the commitment which in turn results in good quality work. This at the end benefits us as well as our business.
The best thing I like working with Telekom Healthcare is the culture out here, people and the challenging work. Employees are our main assets and we give them equal importance as we give to our customers and business.
